Chongqing Shengyuan Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in Chongqing, a Southwest city of China, in 1997. Currently, the factory covers an area of about 10,000 square meters. Shengyuan is committed to design and manufacture of various large, complex and precise die-casting moulds, which are suitable for 400-8000 ton die-casting machines. From 2019 to 2022, Shengyuan was selected as one of the top ten enterprises in the die casting mould industry of China.

Shengyuan runs the company with the guideline of "sincerity, precision, kindness and gratitude", and insist on the quality first principle.

The company is equipped with MAGMA mould flow analysis software, Makino (made in Japanese) and DMG (made in Germany) machining centers, Hexagon Brown Sharp three-coordinate measuring machine, Moro laser scanner (made in U.S.A) and some other high-precision processing and testing equipment.

The company has been certified by ISO9001 system since 2006.
In 2012, Shengyuan established joint venture relationship with Japanese KOIDE DIE&MOLD Co., Ltd., which promoted technical exchanges, personnel training and talents transportation between the two companies. In 2016, the company entered the Nissan Renault global supplier system.

Shengyuan has supplied Dongfeng Nissan, Dongfeng passenger car, BYD, Chang'an Ford, Chang'an Automobile, Shanghai Volkswagen, Liuzhou Wuling, Chang'an Suzuki, Changcheng Automobile and other main engine plants with die-casting moulds for 1.0L ~ 2.0L naturally aspirated and turbocharged engine block, gearbox body, electromotor shell and other key components such as sub-assemblies and suspensions. Complete as well as partial sets of moulds have also been exported to Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India and other overseas market.
